  We were thrilled when we arrived at Royal Palm and it was a nice touch that there was even 2 Christmas trees in the lounge to greet us.There was lights around the pool area as well and the pool was lovely and warm. 

  The property was clean, well maintained, beautifully furnished and the garden was lovely overlooking the lake. It was situated on a very quiet gated community which I enjoyed walking around admiring all the beautiful trees and greenery. 

  The property was very convenient to everything in Naples which is a beautiful place. 
We would highly recommend the property and Naples. We would definately visit again.

   Just got back from Naples and loved the place. There where 6 in the party, myself and wife, plus two grown up children (ages 21 + 24) with their girlfriends. The accommodation in nicely set up with a large master bedroom on one side and the way the other rooms are spaced the couples each had their own bathroom and privacy. the quality of the beds and furnishings was all good. 

  The property is very easy to find off the I 75 and the guys at the gate/lodge are helpful. The entire place was painted pretty pink... you cant miss it. 

The house enjoys a great position with an open view over a lake at the rear. The pool was heated and the BBQ was used a few times whilst we where there.

  Despite going in March, the weather was lovely - nice and warm without being too hot. We did lots of shopping, eating out, beaches, and being in Naples there is always stuff on. EG I went to a classic car show whilst there, we did the ICE Hockey another night .... and we were only there a week! Naples is relatively upmarket so whatever you want is there. 

  Drawback for me are you really need a car for everything. Even Publix store is a car ride away. 

Would go again.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms. The villa was exactly as described - spacious, very clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. There was a good supply of towels (bathroom and pool/beach) and the sun shade, cool boxes and mats were great for spending a day at the beach. Our daughter (3 1/2) particulary appreciated the DVD's, toys and pool floats. We also made good use of the free internet access. 

   Instructions on how to use everything were very clear and everything worked! The villa has a lot of helpful information about the local area. A local contact number was also provided in case of any problems although we had no need to use it. 

   Booking was also straightforward and the directions and instructions provided were clear and accurate. 

   Naples has beautiful beaches and a lot of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. It has a wide variety of restaurants across all price ranges and everywhere we tried was very child friendly. There is a convenient and well stocked local supermarket so that you don't need to waste time in searching for anything that you might need. There is also excellent shopping within easy reach at the Coastland Centre and the Miromar Outlet Mall both of which have a play area for young children. 

   We would recommend Royal Palms to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a luxury villa.
